Early Works: Foundations of My Design Path
In 2015, while applying to art schools in the U.S., I put together a portfolio that captured my passion for Industrial Design and my broader artistic interests. These early works showcased not only my design concepts but also an understanding of natural forms and human anatomy through portraits and figure studies. By incorporating people and characters from my daily life, I sought to reflect both my cultural background and my creative vision.
My portfolio featured a blend of experimental sketches, conceptual product designs, and ideas that highlighted my curiosity about the relationship between art, utility, and human experience. Drawing inspiration from my heritage, I created products and concepts that fused tradition with modern functionality, laying the foundation for my future design explorations.
These early projects helped me secure admission into top design programs and shaped my approach to blending art, culture, and practicality. Sharing them now feels like revisiting the roots of my evolving design journey.
